The Lift Squad is designed to give you the full Pansanity experience, with the structure and accountability you need to see serious results in a short period of time.

After the 6 weeks you'll be able to join us as a full member, either on one of our ongoing coaching packages or as a gym-only member.

What are your opening times?

Our gym is open 24/7. You will receive the door code when you first sign up. The gym operates with a fully automated CCTV system to continue our “Safe Space” value.

How long does it take to see noticeable results?

We pride ourselves on our track record of getting great results for our clients, many of whom are seeing visible changes within the first month of working with us!

What does the Lift Squad  include?

The Lift Squad includes a gym-only membership, access to 2 small group training  sessions each week.

What does the Lift Squad  cost?

The full price of the 6 Week Fast-Track is £180. This is a one-time fee, paid at the beginning of the 6 weeks, and does not auto-renew. You'll have the option of joining as a full member once you've finished the 6 weeks and have experienced Pansanity for yourself!

I’m a beginner. Can I join? 

Of course! All of our members join us at different levels of fitness and ability and everything we do is designed to adapt around your current situation. For example, in our small group sessions, you'll be training with people of a similar ability, and who have similar goals, to yourself.

Can I have a gym-only membership? 

Yep, we offer a gym-only membership to those who don't want the extra 'kick' from our coaches in the small group training sessions and personal training sessions. We recommend you try the Lift Squad first, and then enrol on a gym-only membership if that's the right option for you.
