Where it all began

The clue is in the name. These sessions are dedicated 100% to barbell exercises.

What can you expect?

In this small group session we cover everything you need to know about barbells! We then put this into a challenging workout routine that will consist of compound moments and a dynamic approach (In case you’re wondering, during dynamic exercise, your muscles move and stretch at the same time. A dynamic movement can make your joint extend and rotate, which in the long run helps with flexibility and strength.
