This ain’t a Yorkie Bar, its not just for men! This session is dedicated to both males and females that are looking to get stronger and strengthen their muscles with an aesthetic approach. In this session you will use a range of equipment such as, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Bumper-Plates!
