Yes, absolutely. We take the safety of our staff and members seriously and are fully compliant with all current safety measures.

How long does it take to see noticeable results?

The time it takes for you to see results will depend on both the package you chose to sign up to and your own personal commitment. Many of our clients are seeing results within their first month.

How do I book into sessions?

Are 1-to-1 sessions available? 

Yes, we have a package for members looking to book personal training sessions alongside Semi PT and gym use. You can find out more about this on the plans page.

I’m a beginner in sessions. Can I join? 

Our sessions are capped at between 4 people usually to ensure our personal trainers can give each person the maximum amount of attention. You can let our trainers know you’re new to the class beforehand and they’ll make sure you feel comfortable throughout!

Can I have a gym-only membership? 

Yes, we do offer gym-membership.
