Finally, you'll also get an open gym pass, which will allow you to come in and train in our private facility, on your own and in your own time.

The Lift Squad includes a gym-only membership, access to 2 small group training sessions each week.
The full price of the 6 Week Fast-Track is £180. This is a one-time fee, paid at the beginning of the 6 weeks, and does not auto-renew. You'll have the option of joining as a full member once you've finished the 6 weeks and have experienced Pansanity for yourself!
Of course! All of our members join us at different levels of fitness and ability and everything we do is designed to adapt around your current situation. For example, in our small group sessions, you'll be training with people of a similar ability, and who have similar goals, to yourself.
Yep, we offer a gym-only membership to those who don't want the extra 'kick' from our coaches in the small group training sessions and personal training sessions. We recommend you try the Lift Squad first, and then enrol on a gym-only membership if that's the right option for you.
